Additional Information: Pricing for each Custom sub-surface laser etched crystal includes one (1) image (logo, 3D image from our Image Library, photograph, custom image, text, or other image type). Each additional image is priced as an option. We only use the highest grade of Optical Crystal which has no imperfections and will not yellow when exposed to constant sunlight. A computerized rendering (proof) will be supplied, typically within 2-3 business days after receipt of purchase order and prior to production for all custom projects. Art for custom 3D projects can be completed in approximately 2-10 hours. Custom 3D artwork $50.00 hour, other artwork $35.00 per hour. No art charges for Re-orders, providing you are using the identical art. A small fee may be necessary when we need to resize existing art. No charge for setting up custom text, but small charge for b>Copy Changes in text for each piece in custom order. We normally ship Blanks within 2 days after receipt of order. We normally ship Custom projects of up to 100 Custom projects within 10 business days, larger quantities check with Factory We ship Exact quantities, no Overruns, Shipping is F.O.B. Factory Spec samples available at end-column pricing, plus necessary artwork and shipping. Random samples are available, if approved by Factory.
